1. how every duramax should of came from factory

   Ingenious invention, good job!!. This kit is sick, gm engineers should be kicked in the nuts for hiding the filter behind the passenger front tire. All 3 of my lml duramax trucks have one of these now, no more swearing to change the filter, or hiring a gm stealership mechanic to do it for me for an arm and a leg when I don’t have time.

   would have been nice to have pre molded hoses as in the install video rather disappointed that the kit came without other wise a time saver to change fuel filters

   Only disappointed with hoses. Pictures of kit show prebent hoses which I believe is the best way to mount this kit. When package arrived NO prebent hoses, just 6 feet of straight hose. This creates the need to run the hoses further around engine bay to prevent kinking. This is not as clean a look as I wanted.

   This kit was very easy to install, in my case everything could be done from the top. I would have preferred hoses with the U-bend on one end to make a cleaner install which is why I gave it 4 stars. I contacted customer service about this and was told it would add $50.00 to kit. I would have paid the price if it was available. Anyone who has a Duramax knows what a pain it is to change the filter, this kit makes it very easy to do.

   Install was super easy, I am disappointed the hose was not pre-formed with a 90 degree turn as in previous models, but none the less then install was a breeze on my 2008 LMM and would definitely recommend. I didn't even need to take off the wheel well liner to do the work.

   G M couldn't have picked a worse place to put this filter--If the motors hot you probably aint going to change it till the next day With this relocation kit you can do it in 10 min
